At Six Awesome Blooms Farm, we take pride in providing fresh, high-quality flowers. Because our products are perishable, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds. however, your satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

✅ Refunds & Replacements. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if: Email us at: Info@SixAwesomeBloomsFarm.com. Include your order number. Attach a photo of the issue.

🚫 Non-Refundable Situations. We are unable to offer refunds for: Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer. Missed deliveries due to recipient unavailability. Natural variations in flower type, color, or size (each bouquet is unique and seasonal).

🌿 Subscription Orders. Subscription orders follow the same policy: Issues must be reported within 24 hours. Changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing/delivery date.
